2008 Police Community Forum

Throughout the year the Cabramatta CityWatch Council runs various events where public input is sought on crime and safety matters in the Cabramatta Local Area Command.

Most recently we held our annual Police Community Forum at the Cabra Vale Diggers Club.

What is CityWatch?

CityWatch is a program established by the NSW Premier (as part of the Cabramatta Anti-Drug Strategy) to form a “watch group” to oversee and generate ideas and actions to improve police community relations. The CityWatch program administered by the Community Relations Commission provides ideas and suggestions for how police and community can work together on crime and safety issues.
