Community Relations Symposium 2009 Registration Form

The Community Relations Symposium will run from 8:30am till 3:30pm on Wednesday 23 September 2009at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 30 Phillip Street, Parramatta.  

Registered delegates will be provided with morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Please submit your registration by Friday 11 September. Applications will be accepted until places are filled.
