Italian ambassador to Australia visits the Commission

The ambassador of the Italian Republic to Australia, Gianludovico De Martino Di Montegiordano, paid an official visit to the Community Relations Commission in Sydney.

In his meeting with the Commission Chair, Stepan Kerkyasharian, AM, the Ambassador discussed the Italian community's contribution to the economy and the society, along with issues surrounding the teaching of Italian in New South Wales schools. Ambassador De Martino Di Montegiordano was accompanied by the Vice Consul at the Italian Consulate in Sydney, Maria Lucia Corneli.
