Delivering Services for Diversity

Good planning and performance measurement are the key to government policy development and service delivery  to a culturally diverse population. If an agency is able to define its client base and their priority needs, through demographic and client data, the use of customer feedback , consultations and research, it can go a long way towards providing flexible and targeted programs and services to a culturally diverse community.

There is no shortage of examples in the annual Community Relations Report, in areas ranging from health and housing, through to public space issues, the environment and the arts.
