Welcome to Multicultural E-Advice

The Community Relations Commission has established Multicultural E-advice  NSW to:

• Help you lodge electronically all reports and correspondence relating to the Multicultural Policies and Services Program (formerly EAPS) and yearly Community Relations Report
• Simplify the process for updating your agencys multicultural contacts
• Streamline correspondence between your agency and the Community Relations Commission

How to use this facility

Logging on

The Commission has written a letter to the Chief Executive Officer of all NSW Government agencies and the General Manager of all councils advising them of their organisations unique logon details. If you are unable to locate your organisations user name and/or password please contact the system administrator, Sarah Nicholls at sarah.nicholls@crc.nsw.gov.au or 8255 6793.

Once you have your details, you can log on by clicking here.

Please ensure that the security of this system is maintained by preserving the confidentiality of the password.  If the person responsible for using this system leaves, please contact the Community Relations Commission to make arrangements for password management.

Update your agencys details

Once you have logged on, please update all of the relevant officers within your organisation who have responsibilities for multicultural policies and program management. This will include your organisations Chief Executive Officer, Multicultural Co-ordinator, any other relevant division head, and multicultural policy officers.

Upload documents

If your agency has been designated as a key agency, you can use this facility to upload your agencys  Multicultural Plan and associated reports

All agencies can also upload:

• An extract of your agencys annual report that relates to activities under the Multicultural Policies and Services Program (formerly EAPS). 
• Activity highlights for the Community Relations Report, including photographs
• Any other document requested by the Community Relations Commission

***Please note that the Community Relations Commission does not need to receive a full copy of your agencys Annual Report, and our capacity to record your agencys compliance is greatly enhanced if we receive relevant material only****

What format can I use?

Multicultural E-Advice NSW can be used to upload documents in the following formats:

• Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
• PDF files and scanned images
• JPEG images

 Please take care to ensure that your documents do not exceed 1MB.
