Under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 the Community Relations Commission makes decisions about open access applications seeking specific government information.  When processing an application we apply a public interest test that assists in determining whether or not to release the requested information.

The following table will include information that the Community Relations Commission has decided not to release, based on an overriding public interest against disclosure.

The Community Relations Commission is yet to receive and refuse disclosure to an open access application under the Government information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act).
