Services

The CRC offers a number of services designed to better link the 'community of communities' in NSW.

CommuniLink

CommuniLink is a web hosting service for NSW communities. CommuniLink provides members of the culturally diverse community an opportunity to participate in discussions of issues that are important to them. Through CommuniLink, communities and the NSW Government are able to work closer than ever towards strengthening our multicultural society.

Community Development Grants

The Community Development Grants Program offer financial support to not-for-profit community organisations. The aim of the program is to encourage the participation of people from culturally diverse communities in all aspects of life in New South Wales. Projects are funded on a competitive basis.

Community Language Allowance Scheme

The New South Wales Government's Community Language Allowance Scheme ( CLAS ) is a fundamental tool in the provision of high quality customer service in a culturally diverse society. CLAS is an allowance paid to selected NSW public sector employees who have a basic level of competency in a language other than English and who work in locations where their language can be used to assist clients.
