EmailLink is an electronic message delivery service provided by the Community Relations Commission For a multicultural NSW.

The Community Relations Commission uses EmailLink to send information about its programs and activities. It also uses EmailLink to send messages on behalf of customers that wish to inform ethnic communities and others in the Community Relations Commission's EmailLink database about their products, services and messages.

While the EmailLink service has been developed with all due care, the Community Relations Commission does not warrant or represent that the information sent on behalf of customers via EmailLink is either accurate or free from errors.

The Community Relations Commission disclaims, to the extent permitted by law, all warranties, representations or endorsements, express or implied, with regard to the information through EmailLink, including all implied warranties or merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

The Community Relations Commission further does not warrant or accept any liability in relation to the quality, operability, accuracy or completeness of information sent through EmailLink.

Information is made available on the understanding that the Community Relations Commission and its employees and agents shall have no liability (including but not limited to liability by reason of negligence) to the recipient of information received through EmailLink, for any loss, damage, cost or expense whether direct, indirect consequential or special, incurred by, or arising by reason of, any person using or relying on the information and whether caused by reason of any error, omission or misrepresentation in the information or otherwise. Users of the information made available through EmailLink will be responsible and are required to make their own assessment of the information and should verify all relevant representations, statements and information with their own professional advisers.

The Community Relations Commission cannot guarantee that information sent through EmailLink is to be considered to be true and correct at the date of publication. Changes in circumstances after the time of publication may impact upon the accuracy of the information. The Community Relations Commission takes no responsibility for the accuracy, currency, reliability and correctness of any information included in the information provided by third parties nor for the accuracy, currency, reliability and correctness of links or references to information sources (including Internet sites) outside of the Community Relations Commission. In addition to the information, the EmailLink message may provide links to and from other internet sites. These external information sources are outside the control of the Community Relations Commission and it is the responsibility of the users to make their own decisions about the accuracy, reliability and correctness of information found on those external Internet links.

The Community Relations Commission does not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense you might incur as a result of the use of or reliance upon the information which appear at linked sites. The Community Relations Commission should not be assumed to support the views, opinions, standards or information expressed.
