Our Staff
We employ interpreters and translators in accordance with the accreditation standards determined by the National Accreditation Authority of Translators and Interpreters (NAATI)
Interpreters and translators are required to complete an Orientation and an Induction program before taking up employment.
Quality Service

Award Conditions
We are the only language service provider in NSW which provides pay and conditions to all of its interpreters and translators in accordance with an industrial award which specifically recognises the skill, function and qualifications of the profession of interpreting and translating. In addition, the Commission complies with the relevant superannuation and payroll tax requirements with this group of employees.
Concerned about your Liability?
When our staff enter your premises they enter as our employees. As employees they are covered under our workers compensation insurance and are also covered by all general insurance coverage as provided by the Treasury managed fund.
